Sanitary Partitions for Damp Areas

elmaplan CP13

The sanitary partition system Elmaplan CP13 is a design system that utilizes high-pressure laminate panels, sometimes known as compact or HPL, which are coated on both sides with melamine foil. Solid walls of 13mm thickness are fitted with U-shaped anodized aluminium sections and are connected horizontally at the top with an elegant crossbar reinforcement section.

Individual elements are provided with adjustable stainless steel legs with a height of 100 mm, which are normally covered with plastic cover sets. These can optionally be replaced by cover sets of anodized aluminum or stainless steel. The selfsupporting structure thus formed is then hung with special aluminum hinged doors that fit without gaps into the circular section aluminum profile frames, which are also part of the solid walls.

The surface mounted solid aluminium door lock sets are equipped with ratchet lock indicator defaulting to open, and a system for possible emergency opening. The interlocking kit comes standard with the handle, turned from solid aluminum.

The whole system of walls comes standard with a total height 2050 mm, with panels in light gray (Egger U708) and white (Egger W980). Upon request and for a surcharge, we can also supply other heights and different colour panels, usually from a sampler of companies Egger or Max Funder.

The biggest advantage of this system is its versatility of use. It can be used both in damp or even wet areas. Moreover, due to specially designed very solid and stable profiles, despite the use of only 13 mm thick panels, the whole structure offers excellent strength.

elmaplan WF32

These are special products for more demanding environments; they can be used in almost any area, especially where there is consistent and high humidity or moisture over extended periods of time or even where there is repeated exposure or constant contact with water. They are therefore suitable for example, in dressing rooms of saunas, by swimming pools, as shower cubicles and sanitary facilities of sports areas, factories etc.

The system is identical in design to the ELMAPLAN S32. The partitions are 2050 mm high but on request, we can also supply units of non-standard height.
Moisture resistance is achieved by the use of special sandwich boards based on hardened extruded polystyrene, coated on each side with thin high-pressure laminate and additionally coated with melamine foil, surrounded by an aluminium frame.

High resistance and partition stability, due to the use of the inherently strong materials used, make this product preferable to our S32 range but can be combined with the S32 system, according to the demands of the environment. Please note: WF32 or S32 cannot be combined with the CP13 system range.
